Cross-Country Teams Finish Season 12-3 Overall

The Boys and Girls Cross-Country Team(s) finished the season 12-3 overall this season.

The teams had a successful season, namely in the Waterbury City Cross Country Championship where the boys team took 4th place.

"I enjoyed competing with my teammates and helping each other get faster. It was a good opportunity to accomplish a lot in little time" Helio Lopes said.

The Girls team finished second place in CTC Cross-Country Championship this season.

Head Coach Eric Krebs said, "The girls team has done very well this season with 7 wins and 1 loss this season."

The Boys Team has had 5 wins and 2 losses.

The boys and girls team will attend their last meet to end their 2022 season at the Wickham Park Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 29.

According to Coach Krebs the coaching staff hopes the runners have fun at the state meet. They are hoping to see their athletes improve their personal record in the final race of the season.
